RETURNS

Returns are accepted ONLY for items that are: misprinted, damaged, or defective, and your item(s) will be reprinted and shipped at our expense; please note exceptions, below. If you feel your item qualifies, don't hesitate to contact Neighborhoodie within 15 days of receiving the product, and we will issue a claim to our Supplier. If your package is lost in transit, contact Neighborhoodie within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

PLEASE NOTE | RETURN EXCEPTIONS

• Hoodies tend to shrink; follow care instructions carefully. Returns will not be given for shrunken items.

• Unfortunately, the hood cuts off the top of the back image, of the kid's hoodie, due to design area restraints. SEE IMAGE. Returns will NOT be given for this.
